Peer Review Process
The UrNammu Journal of Business, Accounting and Technology Management (UJBATM) follows a rigorous double-anonymous peer review process to ensure scholarly integrity and high academic standards. Each manuscript is evaluated by reviewers whose expertise closely aligns with the subject matter. Reviewers are expected to engage thoughtfully with the manuscript, offering constructive, evidence-based feedback that enhances the clarity, quality, and academic contribution of the work.

Our Vision
The vision is to empower scholars and professionals by providing a platform that promotes diverse, insightful, and original contributions to the field through a fair and objective peer review process.
Our Mission
The mission of our peer review process is to uphold excellence, transparency, and academic rigour in all published research, thereby contributing meaningfully to the advancement of knowledge in business, accounting, and technology management.
Our Core Values
The UJBATM values the diversity of perspectives, recognising the importance of critical yet respectful feedback from reviewers representing a wide range of institutions, professional backgrounds, and geographic locations. We encourage reviews that are constructive, developmental, and aligned with ethical scholarly standards.

Ethical Guidelines
All elements of the peer review process—review invitations, abstracts, manuscripts, and reviewer comments—are strictly confidential. Reviewers must not share their reviews or discuss the manuscript or decision process with others, unless explicitly approved by the editorial team. This includes any comments from fellow reviewers, even after the manuscript’s publication, For more details, click HERE.
