Self-Archiving Policy
The UrNammu Journal of Business, Accounting and Technology Management (UJBATM) supports the principles of open access and encourages authors to disseminate their work broadly. In alignment with this commitment, the UJBATM permits authors to archive copies of their work under the following conditions:
• Authors may archive the published version (Version of Record) of their article on personal websites, institutional or corporate repositories, and relevant subject-based repositories immediately upon publication.
• As the UJBATM operates under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, all published articles are openly accessible and may be freely shared, cited, and archived, provided appropriate credit is given and a link to the original source is included.
• Authors are encouraged to archive the final published version rather than the accepted manuscript to ensure accuracy and citation integrity.
• Authors may freely reuse and distribute the abstract, citation details, and metadata (e.g., title, author names, publication date) of their articles at any time and across all platforms, including academic networks and social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, blogs).
• When self-archiving or sharing article metadata, authors are encouraged to include a direct link to the published article on the UJBATM website and preferably provide the article’s Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
• Archiving of the submitted version (pre-print) is also permitted without embargo or lock-up periods.
• The UJBATM is officially indexed and archived in the UrNammu Academy, ensuring long-term preservation and discoverability of its content.
This policy ensures that authors retain the freedom to disseminate their work while upholding UJBATM’s standards of openness, visibility, and scholarly integrity.
